failed workshop environment results in educates not acknowledging corrected workshop definition #997

Describe the bug

This version 3.3.3 of educates. If you make a workshop definition that has an error in it that prevents the workshop environment from loading (malformed yaml, missing fields, etc.) the workshop environment will show the failure. However when the problem is corrected and the updated workshop definition applied to the cluster, Educates remains stuck with the workshop definition and will not clear it out and create a new one from the updated workshop definition.

Deleting the workshop definition and recreating it does not work either. The current workaround is deleting the training portal definition and recreate it.

Expected behaviour is when updated workshop definition is applied, educates should detect that like it does under normal circumstances.
