sirv-cli wrongfully set as dependency

`sirv-cli` is set as a dependency, but it's not required by the color picker component.

This causes `sirv-cli` and its dependencies to get added to a project's own dependencies when `svelte-color-picker` is added among the project `dependencies` and installs the package.
