Letter spacing not applied to downloaded variable font #131
Description
When customizing Commit Mono on https://commitmono.com/, if you set the letter spacing to something other than 0% and then click “download custom for design”, the individual font weight instances do have the letter spacing applied correctly, but the single variable font file does not; it seems to always just use the default 0% letter spacing.
