ES|QL - dense_vector exact (brute force) search support

As dense_vector support is being addressed in #125783, ES|QL will be able to perform exact (brute force) vector search.

The following tasks will be needed:

• Vector similarity functions

  • V_COSINE – calculates cosine similarity - ESQL: dense_vector cosine similarity function #130641
  • V_DOT_PRODUCT – calculates dot product #131622
  • V_L1_NORM – calculates L1 distance #131688
  • V_HAMMING – calculates Hamming distance #132056
  • V_L2_NORM - calculates L2 distance #132024

• Magnitude functions

  • V_MAGNITUDE – returns a vector’s magnitude
