Check if index exists

exist a way to check if an index exists? I need it to avoid the error no such index when execute deleteIndex

There's a pull request for that (#143), but it's not a current feature. Unless that gets merged you'll have to handle it through try-catch block.

@Valkyrurr it may be. I'm not sure if adding and removing indexes should be something that is done by the library though. This is more of a maintenance and system admin thing, rather than something that should be performed by some random software running on the machine.

@timgws The original intent of the PR was to integrate with Laravel migration processes. To check that an index is there before deleting the index during rollback or checking if it is already there during migration.
