Entrogram Not Reaching 1.0

The relative entropy, HR, plotted on the Y-axis of the entrogram is normalized by the global entropy of the field. This measure, even in the examples, does not always reach a value of 1 which is expected when the window size is equal to the domain size. Since this is not happening, the entrogram code likely has a bug.

Note: non-stationary fields will not necessarily reach HR = 1 until that final window size.
