No "Headset earpiece" option for Element Call on EXI

Steps to reproduce

1. Join an Element Call from Element X iOS
2. Attempt to switch to headset audio

Outcome

What did you expect?

Ability to switch to headset audio so that a call can be made without using the loud speaker.

What happened instead?

Element Call with Element X for iOS does not have the option to switch to the headset earpiece like on Android. The user is forced to basically use the call in a speakerphone fashion. With the volume at its lowest on an iPhone SE, the audio is still audible from a distance.

@kieranlane I'm going to move this to the Element Call project as all the call settings are controlled by the web app and not EX.
