tabindex and skip links issue

Hi,
when using lighthouse I see two issues appear with the plugin.
One is: Skip links are not focusable

Including a skip link can help users skip to the main content to save time.
Failing Elements

Second is:
Some elements have a [tabindex] value greater than 0

you can manually edit this place and set it to 0
