Update bioschemas based on metadata #17

There should be one place on where to specify metadata that is specified here:

Could be in index.md or in a seperate (json?) file.
Write an action that incorporates this in bioschemas and add it to macros that can be re-used in the website. Aim not to re-invent the wheel. Use carpentries? Possibly solve together with #14.
