Is there any interest in publishing ts-fold on MELPA?

I've tried it in melpa/melpa#7758. Unfortunately, I think it's easier to just publish it to my own ELPA --- JCS-ELPA. Here are some options:

1. Open another PR to MELPA
2. Use JCS-ELPA

Will it ever be published on melpa? It seems like it just lost momentum over there with confusion over the status of the fork, but by now it seems like this is the only maintained version of "ts-fold".

It's still planned, but MELPA has a one-author-per-review policy; therefore, it will take time for me to do this.

However, anyone interested can open a PR to MELPA since it's technically a different author so that it can get reviewed faster. 🤔
