The following Python dependencies were bumped since the older versions didn't include musllinux_1_(1|2)_aarch64 wheels required for the Alpine image under
linux/amd64platform:If the required wheels aren't found, the packages are built from sources. This slows down the image building process significantly.
The only package that still needs to be built from source is
psutil. Track giampaolo/psutil#2126 - it may be weeks away from merging.
