The current tree-view for managing prompt paths lacks usability improvements. Users can't

Rename the existing folder
Delete one or many folders (bulk operation)
Navigating large datasets is unintuitive.
Open the public folder by default
Create the API endpoints for these operations

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Use case/motivation
Users require full CRUD (create, rename, delete, move) operations on folders to manage prompts effectively. For better navigation, controls like “Collapse All” / “Expand All” should be added to simplify working with large or complex folder structures.
