[Models] Unable to configure Bedrock and Vertex models due to empty upstreams field

What happened?

Models originating from Bedrock and Vertex cannot be configured in the admin panel because the upstreams field is empty in our configuration. Any attempt to modify these models (e.g., adding defaults, tags, or other properties) results in an error.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Entities → Models.
Open a model that comes from Vertex or Bedrock.
Switch to the JSON View.
Try to modify the configuration (e.g., add defaults or tags).

Expected Behavior
The model configuration should be editable even if upstreams does not contain endpoints.

Actual Behavior

Any modification triggers an error because the upstreams field is empty. This makes it impossible to configure or update Vertex and Bedrock models.
