Description:

Adds the documentation for esphome/esphome#9171 which adds support for the emerio PAC-125152 portable air conditioner.

Feedback on format for the extra info would be appreciated. I noticed it isn't the same style as other parts but I am not sure how to bring this info into a similar format.
