POST HOC test

If we get a significant result from ANOVA test we have to proceed with Post-Hoc to know exactly where you have differences.

compare the two of the groups, but you are not interested in any combination of more than one group. One of the common methods for this case is Tukey's method.

#PostHoc
dataPH <- data.frame(Condition, CorrectedSelectionTime)
aovPH <- aov(CorrectedSelectionTime ~ Condition, cleanData)
summary(aovPH)
TukeyHSD(aovPH)

Tukey multiple comparisons of means
    95% family-wise confidence level

Fit: aov(formula = CorrectedSelectionTime ~ Condition, data = cleanData)

$Condition
                            diff lwr upr p adj
MOUSE-EYE -1.8046673 -2.2039146 -1.4054200 0.0000000
WITHCUSTOMCALIB-EYE -0.3012508 -0.7070976 0.1045961 0.1812859
WITHCUSTOMCALIB-MOUSE 1.5034166 1.0975697 1.9092634 0.0000000

We are interested in seeing the performance of WITHCUSTOMCALIB and EYE. And the value of the Tukey multiple is 0.1812859. There is no any significant difference in performance.
