Fix incorrect description of InitialCorruptCheck and TxnModeWriteWithSharedBuffer features

I have made modifications in the following locations: content/en/docs/v3.6/feature gates/index.md
The detailed information of the "InitialCorruptCheck" and "TxnModeWriteWithSharedBuffer" functions seems to be reversed in the "Alpha or Beta Function Gate" section. I have swapped them.
