Early orignially 3DGS ply format contains
nx ny nzfield, which are set to be all 0, probably for compatibility with the old SIBR-viewer. The newer project gsplat export model in ply format without all-zero normal field, here.This PR resolve the compatibility for 3DGS ply model with/without
nx ny nzfield and tested to work with the ply exported by gsplat.
