Hello, may I ask about optimism LTS version, which versions is long term support version?

AFAIK, there's no long term supported versions, optimism recommand to run the latest version https://docs.optimism.io/operators/node-operators/releases#production-releases

Chain and node operators should always run the latest production releases of the OP Stack's off-chain components.
