Fix error messages when ctrl-C'ing out of make reftests

This is probably associated with uv changes or the reftest summary PR.

Hello @jtraglia While working on this issue and running the command "make reftests runner=rewards". All the tests ran successfully locally without the errors stated in the issue. Here is it

And when I Ctrl-C out of the make reftests, no such error

is there any error you would like me to do tackle here again?

Hey @pheobeayo in the second case, when control-C'ing after a few seconds, it should display the summary table at the bottom too. Could you look into that?

Maybe you should update your "uv" and other dependencies, I am not encountering any error here
