Default configuration for ethereum-package is failing

Right now by default teku-geth pair is used for L1:

optimism-package/src/package_io/input_parser.star

Lines 715 to 716 in c993cd0

Without specifying teku image explicitly this results in a failure like in ethpandaops/ethereum-package#974
