WIAM_14 and WIAM_17 – Incorrect reference to Section 2.2.1 in (EU) 2015/1502? #588
Description
In A.2.3.40 Topic 40 – Wallet Instance installation and Wallet Unit activation and management, both WIAM_14 and WIAM_17 requirements define User authentication in accordance with the requirements laid down in Section 2.2.1. of (EU) 2015/1502.
However, Section 2.2.1. – Electronic identification means characteristics and design actually defines electronic identification not authentication.
The section that describes authentication is Section 2.3.1 – Authentication mechanism.
