`@doc` tooltip commentary for computed text

If we compute text in a paragraph element, maybe any attached `@doc` documentation could be presented in a pop-up. That might significantly ease demos (it can be easy to forget all the things that need sayin, whereas if links are self-documenting that could help), and also allow for more guided/self-explanatory online essays, that introduce the reader to the idea of transparent text.
