Modules as dictionaries #1436
Description
Can we treat "top-level" module names (i.e. folders at the root of any entry in fluidSrcPaths) as identifiers which are automatically in scope, bound to a dictionary providing the module's definitions and submodules (i.e. subfolders)? That would provide a way to access definitions like dict.intersection by qualified name.
