I would like to nominate @ShubhamOulkar to be a committer of the website. he have been helping with reviewing prs/issues and assisting with accessibility improvements on the website for several months.

Note: Since commit access is a sensitive topic for the website, I want to keep this open for a week in case anyone has objections.
