Request: Add ability to change the display name of the device

I have 3 RTL-SDRs on my system, it would be nice if like the Channels, I can set additional details on each device. ie **ILS Demodulator** can be changed to **ILS Loc** 
As of right now, all I see in the GUI is **RTL-SDR[0]** if I hover over the name, I get **RTL-SDR[0] UP00001** (the serial number of the device), with no way to add additional details.
