Collapse setting of Channel Spectrum widget not saved #2462
Description
SDRangel 7.22.7, Qt 6.8.3.
When trying to collapse the Channel Spectrum rollup widget by clicking its arrow, it collapses fine but appears as expanded again after the SDRangel restart.
