Incorporate latest hand detection version

Hey @faaip, I'm very grateful for your packaging an electron app to pipe OSC from the hand detection.

Since you worked on this, Google has released a new hand pose detection model that incorporates both hands. If you — or someone else in the community — could update the build to bring in the latest version, I would be very grateful!
