addon does not work anymore

hey, i know this addon is pretty old but when i tried installing it (tf2idb is now tf2econ) it did not work, tried other addons and they didnt work... i would like to hear back from yall to see if there are any fixes for this

EDIT: checking the commands for this plugin, there seems to be none

I haven't been doing tf2 modding for some time now, but if you provide logs and error messages I might be able to help. My understanding about tf2econ is that it does not provide the sqlite querying functions that this plugin uses, so that might be the issue, that and the ancient build. I might have a solution if that's the case.
