Request: Samples using script setup in typescript

I'd like to request code samples that demonstrate this component utilizing the <script setup lang="ts"> tag.

Translating the existing code samples to the new syntax is ok.
If possible to add more samples, examples that demonstrate calling methods and triggering on events in the setup script would be extremely helpful.

I've been trying to translate it into a component that shows the countdown timer in a separate div from a 'start' button, and pressing that button begins the countdown. It's taking a long time to figure out things that would be quick with good samples.
