[REQUEST] aws assume-role command

**Describe the solution you'd like**
 
* takes in credentials from env var, profile, or keyring
* default session duration or specify one
* default session name or specify one
* should be able to save role arns with an alias and assume the role using the alias
* export to env vars, save to creds file, or copy to clipboard
