DerivedData path is incorrect after updating to 10.29.0+

Description

After updating Firebase (to include privacy manifests) it seems like Xcode doesn't know that the folder structure in DerivedData has changed. Specifically it's looking for FirebaseCore.Framework, FirebaseMessaging.framework, etc. casuing Xcode build errors ("no such file or directory").

But looking at the folder structure in my DerivedData it should be including FirebaseCore/FirebaseCore.framework. So something is causing it to look for the framework in the old location.

I've tried deleting the DerivedData, cleaning the build folder, reinstalling pods but nothing seems to work.

This is almost certainly an environment issue since 10.29.0 has been out for a long time without this report.

We'll likely need more details about reproduction details to help.

Also you could try updating to more recent Firebase and Xcode releases.
