My hosted gitlab infrastructure runners use dind-rootless for the service images, when I try to reproduce it locally the service user is changed to root, and the docker does not run with the daemon.json file under /home/rootless/.config/docker

It would be great if the user configured in the docker image were kept the same as defined on the original dockerfile
