Bump pkg.go.dev version

Problem

I recently tried to run a VMM with the provided SDK but it seems that MachineConfiguration model isn't up to date on pkg.go.dev and I'm unable to set Smt field. I'm still able to use HtEnabled but it's no recognized by Firecracker server.

Solution

Bump the version on pkg.go.dev will solve the problem according that problem has been solved few weeks ago.
