Extra Requirements

• Requires unreleased flipper firmware with mbedtls AES ([FL-3950] Update mbedtls & expose AES flipperzero-firmware#4092) and improved BLE advertising (BLE advertising improvements  flipperzero-firmware#4151)
• Requires either a Seos card that uses keys of all zeros (Unlikely to find) or a proxmark3 (hf seos pacs uses zero keys by default)

Seems like "changelog" vs "CHANGELOG"

Fixed! Might be worth making a note that the tools/bundle.py should also check for this. I don't think it showed an error before (though I didn't test before fixing it, so I can't be 100% certain)
