Infrared: Add text scroll to remote buttons

What's new

Replaces center aligned text in the buttons of the Infrared app with scrollable text if wider than the button and is cut off, as well as the name of the remote in the header which previously would be cut off. Allows long descriptive names and button functions to be seen in some remotes, like in the example below which is very evident where shortening them may still not be enough.

Also tried out wrapping the header to have one less scrolling text and to be able to see the whole name of the remote (which I think looks good), but as was suggested by Willy, maintaining the 6 buttons for muscle memory and the original spacing with a single line is probably best.

Verification

Open saved .ir remotes in the main Infrared app (depends on the remote as some may have long enough names but not long enough functions to see the effect).
