I believe you have upgraded to latest flutter and also require to upgrade Gradle as well.

I forked this git and fixed the issue. Please try to replace following in your pubspec.yaml

  flutter_sms:
    git:
      url: https://github.com/leochiu-work/flutter_sms.git
      ref: master
