This PR implements a session management popup UI for existing sessions. The popup is configurable and comes with "sensible" defaults (at least to me).

The popup enables users to remove unnecessary or stale sessions in oil.nvim fashion, just as simple as editing a buffer. After removing stale sessions and quitting the popup, user will be prompted to confirm changes.

Description

The motivation behind this feature is simply the lack of convenient way to manage sessions what gets automatically recorded. This plugin is great, simply and minimalistic which is good but I find it essential to have "oily" way of managing sessions 😄. To my knowledge non of the other alternative session manager plugins does this in this way, thus it would be first one. Nonetheless happy to make adjustments and if this is not something you want to add to the core of the persistence I will release this as a separate plugin.
