[Feature Request] Shortcut to disable/enable multiple cells at once

It would be nice to be able to highlight multiple cells and toggle enable / disable on them with a shortcut (similar to multicell deletion). When I pressed F1 on a notebook, I couldn't find this shortcut so I assume it doesn't exist
