Interactive Table Viewer Customization

Generally, I like the interactive table viewer, but I wish there were options to customize its appearance (similar to PrettyTables.jl). The main issue for me right now is not having a way to display both Strings and LaTeXStrings in the table in a nice way.
If I customize the table with PrettyTables.jl directly, then I lose LaTeXString rendering.

1. Strings should always be shown without surrounding ". The quotation marks just add noise and make the table less professional. Please make this the default behavior!
2. Option to word-wrap strings into taller cells rather than add a horizontal scrollbar.
3. Option to turn off row numbers.
4. Option to remove the area displaying column types on hover.
5. Options to display DataFrame metadata. Column metadata could be shown on hover over the column name and table metadata could be displayed as table footnotes.
