The matrix server described in the blog post [here](https://github.com/frictionlessdata/datapackage/blob/7e291e6b02c29a1abe37ac38450d630279e8f090/content/docs/blog/2024-06-26-v2-release.md?plain=1#L45) seems to be not accessible.
