Save image.event_image image object as a .jpg to use in automations

Using this integration, I can show the capture of an event on Home Assistant using an image card. Thanks!
However, I'd like for an LLM to look at the picture and tell me what it sees. Can you add an option to save the most recent event capture as a .jpg image? Say, in the www folder? Then I can load that into an automation and have an LLM tell me who/what is there.
