Adds an AMOLED Dynamic Dark Theme, based on the existing Dynamic Dark and AMOLED Dark Purple Themes.
Solves #753 and merged issues.
I decided for a blank Spacebar if Key Borders are disabled, but left a visible color for it commented out in case that's not okay.
