accidentally delete all my work

ussing the program accidentally started it on the desktop and that deleted all my work in all the inside folders, some form to recover all my work or its lost forever?

You can try and use some program like Recuva, other than that I'm not sure.

Sorry, we should probably remove the deletion bit and instead move the files.
