When run in any folder, the process moves all files in that folder into the output folder. It's better than deleting them outright, which is what I thought had initially happened, but is still very inconvenient. At the very least, a warning to run it in a self-contained folder would be appreciated.
Update: After going through all my files, I've found that the program has actually deleted almost 2000 files off of a subfolder containing an active project I was working on. My most recent backup is several days old, so I've lost almost all of my progress from that time. I hope this is fixed in the next update.
