Updates gatilegrid and other packages to the latest version.
Further removes Python 2 legacy code
past.old_div(futurewas installed as a dependency of the oldgatilegridversion). Since both arguments used inold_divare integers, this is an integer division//in Python 3, see https://github.com/PythonCharmers/python-future/blob/master/src/past/utils/__init__.py#L85.
