save the current image version/tag inside the image. the image version has to be passed with the build-arg VERSION with docker build
Now we tag also develop-* branch releases with YYYY-DD-MM-betaX tag.

the temporaray address_preview index with fuzzy search support will be used for testing purposes. the new index will not be used per default with swisssearch requests but it can be filtered out with rank=99 which is triggered by origin=address_preview requests on client-side.
