Reorganization of journal use

Description

Improve the use of Pythia journal with the following features:

• Channels names from PyreComponent names (or GenericComponent) and event
• Register channel names with "helper" channel that reports what channels are registered.

Channels

• info: name only
• debug: name+event (for example, view_mesh, view_solution, view_ds, view_residual)
• warning: name only
• error: name only
• logic_error: name only

In switching to the new Pyre, Michael Aivazis strongly recommends a different approach based on aspect-oriented programming. We should create journal channels based on the user cases (program flow/progress, debugging tasks) rather than by object. The new Pyre also supports detail levels.

Journals:

• info: application-flow (only root in parallel)
• info: application-flow-self (all processes in parallel)
• warning: user-input
