Link dashboard configuration in a view #11528

Description
Inside a dashboard view a user should be able to link another dashboard configuration available in the catalog. The view will reference the dashboard as a link and the content of the dashboard will be loaded only when the tab is selected
This option should be available inside the Configure dialog as a select input that will list the available dashboard in the catalog.
We will have different behavior when a linked dashboard is selected:
- the plus button to add new widget and the show connections should be disabled
- the content of the view should not be taken into account for the pending changes computation
- if the linked dashboard contains multi views it should not be visible and a message will explain user that are not supported (TBD).
- we should include a message if a user does not have permission to see the linked dashboard
- implementation of the select input should not be bind to GeoStore only. We should implement it considering it should work with different API (in this case GeoNode and GeoStore)
