Improve error message on query layer error #11532

Description
When the query layer causes an error because of exceed limits, it should be notified to the user by caching the proper rendering error occurred in the layer.
Actually it present only a generic error, but we can improve it to catch the limit of query layer error in this case and present the proper error message.
