Remove jsdoc-jsx devDependency

Description

We can remove the jsdoc-jsx devDependency because it is not being used anywhere.

I can't find any mention of the package in the code and configuration. The package also seem to be quite old, as it was last published 10 years ago, their README.md is also linking to some gambling website.

Removing the package will reduce our dependency tree, see https://npmgraph.js.org/?q=jsdoc-jsx
